By purchasing and/or using a gift card (“Card”) issued by Great Canadian Gaming Corporation or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively, “Great Canadian Entertainment”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions on the back of the Card, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (collectively, “Terms and Conditions”):

You must be of age of majority in the province to purchase or use the Card.

Unless expressly stated on the back of the Card and in strict compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, Cards and the total available balance available on the Card (“Available Funds”) do not expire or accrue fees.

Cards may be purchased in person at select Great Canadian Entertainment Locations using cash, debit, or credit, or, to the extent available, online at Great Canadian Entertainment’s website using debit or credit or as may otherwise be provided by Great Canadian Entertainment from time to time. No system fee is chargeable for the use of a Card as payment towards a Qualified Purchase.

A physical or digital Card must be presented as payment towards a Qualified Purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Upon presentation, the purchase amount will be deducted from the Available Funds. You may continue to use the Card until the Available Funds are zero. If the purchase amount exceeds the Available Funds, the difference must be paid with cash or other acceptable payment method; some processors of transactions may not be able to perform a split-tender transaction and the Card will not be accepted. This is not intended to affect any rights a guest may have under applicable law that we cannot legally restrict or exclude. It is the responsibility of a guest to safeguard their own valuables and personal property while staying at the Hotel. We are in no way whatsoever responsible or liable for lost, misplaced, or damaged guest valuables, belongings, or property.

In the unfortunate event you forget an item at the Hotel we will make every effort to locate and return it. To assist us in doing this, please report your forgotten item to the Hotel. Lost and found items will be held for a maximum of 30 days and any items not claimed after this period will be donated. We are not liable for forgotten items.

You agree to observe any signs displayed at the Hotel, to only use all facilities, including, without limitation, the gym, pool, hot tub and other facilities, as applicable, during posted hours of operation, and to take reasonable precautions when using such facilities at the Hotel. If you have an accident or suffer an injury at the Hotel, please report this as soon as possible to a Team Member and, in any event, within 24 hours.

You are liable for damage caused, whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act, to the Hotel caused by you or any person in your party, whether determined prior to or following your departure, including, without limitation, missing items, sprinkler deployment, fire alarm deployment, or smoking. We reserve the right to retain your credit card or cash as presented at registration and you authorize us to charge such credit card or retain such cash in such amounts as deemed necessary to compensate the costs incurred. This does not limit our right to pursue any legal claim against you in the full amount of damages incurred.

Guests should treat all others, including, without limitation, other guests and Team Members, with respect. Guests may not abuse any Team Members or other guests, verbally or otherwise. Violation may result in eviction from the Hotel, without refund, and ban.

Minors under the age of majority in the jurisdiction of the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult in the Hotel and may not be left unattended on Hotel property, including, without limitation, in guest rooms.

We love pets and can’t wait to meet yours, however, we ask that you adhere to our pet policy, which requires that all pets be well-behaved, vaccinated, and leashed while in the Hotel. We would prefer that your pet not be left unattended on Hotel property, including, without limitation, in guest rooms, and ask that you never leave your pet unattended in your vehicle. If you do need to leave your pet in your room, please inform our guest services and provide a contact number, so we can reach you if your pet becomes agitated or disruptive. Pets are not permitted in restaurants, bars, or the casino, except for trained service animals. Guests are solely responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

These Policies & Rules apply to group reservations, which are additionally subject to the group booking contract.

Guests agree to abide by all applicable laws while on the Hotel premises. These Policies & Rules and any dispute between the parties will be governed and interpreted by the jurisdiction in which the Hotel is located and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and Great Canadian Entertainment and the guest irrevocably attorn to such exclusive jurisdiction for any such dispute.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary, or add to these Policies & Rules at any time without prior notice.
