Financial Reports

On September 22, 2021, Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (the “Company”) was acquired by Raptor Acquisition Corp., an affiliate of funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (NYSE: APO), and they were subsequently amalgamated.  Related to the acquisition, the Company issued US$350 million aggregate principal amount of 4.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2026 (the “Secured Notes”) and US$330 million aggregate principal amount of 7.875% Senior Notes due 2027 (the “Unsecured Notes” and, together with the Secured Notes, the “Notes”).  The Company will make annual, quarterly and current reports available in accordance with the terms of the indentures governing the Notes. The reports will be made available only to holders of the Notes, prospective investors of the Notes, securities analysts and market makers that, in each case, have returned an executed “Request for Information” (“Request Form”).  Any person requesting access to such reports is required to (i) keep confidential and not disclose or reveal such reports (and the information contained therein) and (ii) not use such reports and the information contained therein for any purpose other than their evaluation of their investment in the Notes.

Investor Conference Calls

The Company will host a quarterly teleconference call for holders of the Notes, prospective investors of the Notes, securities analysts and market makers within 10 business days after the quarterly and annual reports are posted to a secure web site hosted by Datasite (the “Data Site”) in accordance with the terms of the indentures governing the Notes (commencing with the quarterly report for the period ending September 30, 2021).  Prior to the quarterly call, the Company will announce the date and time of the call on the Data Site, which will contain details on how to access the call.
