- Any patron currently registered with the OLG’s self-exclusion list
- Any patron that is a member or employee of a sports governing body or Great Canadian Entertainment team member
- Any patron that is not of legal age to gamble in the province of Ontario
- All wagers placed at kiosks must be funded with cash
- All wagers over the counter must be placed with cash or casino table game chips.
- The minimum wager accepted at the kiosks is $1
- The minimum wager accepted at over the counter is $20
- The maximum wager accepted at the kiosks is $500
- The maximum wager accepted over the counter at a cashier cage window is dependent on the selected event or market, however the maximum wager accepted over the counter in the sportsbook is $1,000
- The max Leg selections in a Multiple placed at a kiosk is 20
- The max Leg selections in a Multiple placed over the counter is 5
- Winning bet slips (meeting all eligibility requirements noted on the back of the bet slip) may be redeemed and are paid immediately post settlement at the Sportsbook counter during normal operating hours or at the casino cage outside normal Sportsbook operating hours.
- All winning bet slips may be redeemed for exactly 90 days from the day and time the last selection on the bet slip has been settled. Any unclaimed winning bet slips that are older than 90 days shall be deemed expired and unclaimable.
- No. You must redeem your bet slip at the Casino where the wager was originally placed.
- All wagers submitted by patrons and accepted by GCE with bet slips issued, are final.
- At the Kiosks, it is the patron’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their wager prior to confirming it
- At the Retail Sportsbook counter, the patron must ensure the selections are accurately input into the bet slip prior to walking away from the betting window. The patron accepts full responsibility for the validity of the bet as entered by the cashier. In the event an error is noted due to employee input, that bet slip can be voided prior to the patron leaving the betting window.
- At this time, earning in Great Canadian Rewards is not available at Great Canadian Sportsbook.
