Ontario native and Nashville-based singer-songwriter Meghan Patrick is as real as they come. On Golden Child, she confronts past trauma and shifts her focus from chasing success to finding true fulfillment — coining the term “Big Sister Country” to reflect the wisdom and honesty woven through her lyrics. A lifelong musician who has studied opera and jazz, fronted bands across genres, and cites John Prine, Neil Young, and Waylon Jennings as inspirations, Patrick has never had a plan B.
