UB40 is one of the most successful and influential British groups of all time, selling over 100 million albums and scoring more than 50 UK charting singles, including global #1 hits “Red Red Wine” and “(I Can’t Help) Falling in Love With You,” as well as U.S. Top 10s like “Here I Am (Come and Take Me)” and “The Way You Do The Things You Do.” The reggae/pop legends continue to captivate audiences worldwide, performing their iconic hits alongside new material from their 45th Anniversary album, UB45, which reached #5 on the UK album chart. Their ongoing tour features select dates with The English Beat, Inner Circle, and Big Mountain.
Guitarist and co-founder Robin Campbell, along with longtime members Jimmy Brown, Earl Falconer, and Norman Hassan, have kept UB40 evolving for more than four decades. Lead singer Matt Doyle, who joined in 2021, brings fresh energy to the band, revitalizing both live performances and recordings. Celebrating 45 years in 2023, UB40 continues to record and tour, blending reimagined classics with new songs, driven by their love for making music and connecting with multiple generations of fans.
