Financial Reports

On August 1, 2023, Ontario Gaming GTA Limited Partnership (the “Company”) issued US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 8.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2030 (the “Notes”). The Company intends to make annual, quarterly and current reports (the “reports”) available to Eligible Participants (defined below) in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the Notes. The reports will be made available only to holders of the Notes, prospective investors that are eligible purchasers of the Notes, securities analysts providing analysis of investment in the Notes, and market makers in the Notes that, in each case, have returned an executed “Request for Information” form (collectively, “Eligible Participants”). Any Eligible Participant is required to (i) keep confidential and not disclose or reveal such reports (and the information contained therein) and (ii) not use such reports and the information contained therein for any purpose other than their evaluation of their investment, prospective investment, analysis or market activity in the Notes.

Investor Conference Calls

The Company intends to host a quarterly teleconference call for Eligible Participants within 10 business days after the quarterly and annual reports are posted to a secure web site hosted by Datasite Cloud (the “Data Site”) in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the Notes, commencing with the report for the quarterly period ending September 30, 2023. Prior to each quarterly call, the Company will announce the date and time of the call on the Data Site, which will contain details on how to access such call.
