Check-in & Reservation Requirements
You must be 19 years of age or older to check in or to make a reservation.
Check in begins at 4PM. We ask that you have checked out by 11AM.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us 24 hours before your arrival, or no later than 4pm the day before your arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty.
Pre-paid reservations are not subject to refund, in whole or part, in the event of cancellation.
Pet Friendly
Our pet policy allows for two pets (cats and dogs only) up to 50lbs each, per room. There is a nightly accommodation fee of $40.
Service animals are not charged the accommodation fee but may be charged a cleaning fee if any soiling or damages incur.
Please note:
Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in public areas and may not be left unattended in the room.
Pets are not permitted on the gaming floor (excluding service animals), in food and beverage areas, the pool area or the fitness center.
Room cleaning must be scheduled in advance for a time when the owner and the dog or cat will not be in the room.
