Perfectly situated on the harbour at River Rock Casino Resort, the patio offers guests front-row access to British Columbia’s stunning natural beauty, making it a must-visit summer destination for locals and travellers alike.
Whether you’re enjoying a pre- or post-show meal, a celebratory night out, or a scenic break while staying at River Rock and taking in the excitement of the casino floor, the patio provides a new way to experience one of the most acclaimed steakhouses in the Vancouver region. Inspired by the legendary multiple Michelin-starred chef, television personality, and author, Gordon Ramsay Steak delivers a bold, refined steakhouse experience full of flavour, flair, and attention to detail. Diners can enjoy signature dishes like the iconic Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding, alongside an impressive selection of steaks including Certified Angus tenderloin, bone-in ribeye, dry-aged porterhouse, and A5 Japanese Wagyu.
The menu draws from British Columbia’s bounty, emphasizing seasonality, sustainability, and local sourcing. Highlights include the Miso-Glazed Sablefish, marinated in miso soy and glazed with a bourbon-aged miso maple syrup, and the Wild Bluefin Tuna Tartare, tossed in house-made ponzu and topped with avocado and cucumber scales. Side dishes celebrate regional ingredients, such as locally grown heirloom carrots with harissa yogurt and caramelized honey, and Roasted Shishito Peppers with Fresno Chili Romesco.
With 75% of produce and 85% of beef sourced from Canadian suppliers, the restaurant champions regional excellence. All pork and salmon are Canadian-raised, while local wild seafood offerings include BC King Salmon, sablefish, scallops, and Atlantic oysters. Organic chicken and Australian Wagyu are certified Halal, and gluten-free and dairy-free options are available upon request.
