Winner Eligibility

Before claiming the prize, selected entrants will need to confirm the following:

1. I am over 19 years of age.
2. I am a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec).
3. Neither me nor anyone in my immediate family is employed by Great Canadian Entertainment (“GCE”), [GPEB/AGCO/AGFTD or GCB], or any of its or their affiliates, agents or representatives.
4. I understand and agree that this prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
5. I agree to allow GCE to use my name, social media handle, or other likeness, and any statement I make about the contest or the prize, on its social media channels, in connection with the contest or other promotions.
6. I agree to waive all claims that I have or may have in the future against Meta, GCE, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and contractors (the “Released Parties”) related to the contest or the prize, and release the Released Parties from all liability if I suffer loss, damage or injury that in any way relates to the contest or the prize. I agree to take full responsibility for and indemnify the Released Parties from and against any third-party claims related to the contest, the prize, my negligence, my willful misconduct or my breach of this agreement.
