How do I purchase tickets for events?
Tickets are exclusively available through Ticketmaster, our only authorized ticket distributor. To ensure you’re purchasing legitimate tickets, please only buy from Ticketmaster – tickets from third-party sellers or unauthorized platforms may be fraudulent.
Are your events all ages?
We welcome guests of all ages to our venue. Any age restrictions for specific events will be clearly noted in the event’s ticket information.
How can I access presale tickets?
Presale codes are an exclusive benefit for members of our Great Canadian Rewards program. Signing up is free and easy at gcrewards.com. Be sure to opt-in for email updates!
Can I buy tickets at the Box Office?
Yes! Our box office is open at least 90 minutes before any show-time. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee your spot and avoid disappointment. Please note, we do not accept cash payment at our box office – only Debit, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Are accessible seats available?
Yes! Our venue is accessible. Location of accessible seats may vary by show. Accessible seats can be purchased on Ticketmaster.
Do children need tickets?
Children 24 months and under may enter without a ticket but must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. All children over 24 months must have a valid ticket for a specific seat location and be accompanied by an adult.

We offer free self-parking. Valet parking is also available 24/7 for a fee. See our parking map here.
Should I arrive right at show time?
We recommend arriving early to avoid delays with entry lines or security checks – arriving right before showtime may mean you miss part of the show!
What is mobile entry?
The easiest and safest way to access your tickets is through Mobile Entry – your mobile phone is your ticket. For smooth and efficient entry, we recommend downloading your tickets to your mobile device before the event. This will help avoid any delays and ensure you’re ready to go when you arrive.
Can I leave and come back?
Re-entry is not permitted. We have designated an outdoor smoking section for your convenience.
I'm running late. Can I still get in to the show?
Yes, latecomers are welcome, but please note that entry closes 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the show.
Can I dance in the aisles?

Yes! All items retrieved in The Theatre can be collected at Guest Services located on the Gaming Floor behind Coat Check.
Do you have coat check?
Yes! Coat check is located in the main Theatre lobby and opens 2 hours before the show/event starts.
Can I go to the casino before or after the show?
Absolutely. Access to the casino is restricted to guests aged 19+ with valid government photo ID, including a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID card. Guests who appear younger than 30 may be required to present a secondary piece of valid ID, including the above, a provincial health card, credit or debit card or similar identification.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Should I bring cash for merch & concessions?
We are a cashless venue. Please bring a credit or debit card to make transactions at our food, beverage, and merchandise stands.
Can I bring my camera or backpack?
Cameras, drones and recording devices are not permitted. For safety, no bags or backpacks are allowed. Please review all our policies here.
Can I bring banners or signs?
Poster and sign policies are at the artist discretion and vary from show to show. Fans who bring a poster or sign that exceeds the tour’s guidelines will be required to check their item.
Can I bring snacks from home?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and beverages purchased inside our casino complex are an exception. Please note that most restaurants on property are located in 19+ areas and are not available to minors. Limited concessions will be available inside the event.
Can I bring in my water bottle?
Empty and soft water bottles are welcome. Hard shelled water bottles are strictly prohibited.
