Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel
Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel remains open and is operating as usual.
The hotel and casino are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Water’s Edge Restaurant is operating as usual, with The Buffet available:
- Fridays and Saturdays: 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sundays: 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
All property entrances remain open and fully accessible.
Casino Ajax
Casino Ajax remains open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Getaway Restaurant is temporarily operating from 12 PM to 8 PM with a reduced menu.

Pickering Casino Resort
Pickering Casino Resort remains open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Some amenities and services are operating with modified hours or are temporarily unavailable during the current labour disruption.
Modified hours
- Table Games: Open daily from 12:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Rock House: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Zio’s: Open daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- M Cha Bar: Closed Mondays. Open Tuesday–Friday from 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and Saturday–Sunday from 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

Parking and transportation
We apologize for the inconvenience, but our overflow parking lot is no longer available for guest use.
Guests can continue to park in our multi-level parking garage; however, you may experience delays when entering the property.
Please note that the complimentary shuttle service and the Pickering Casino Resort Casino Shuttle are temporarily unavailable.

Great Canadian Rewards
While Preliminary Heats for the Great Canadian Slot Classic Tournament will not be held at Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, Pickering Casino Resort, Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel, or Casino Ajax, you can still earn your place in the tournament.
