What is required to sign up online?
To sign up, you must be 19 years of age or older and not banned from a Great Canadian Rewards destination or self-excluded. You’ll need a valid government-issued photo ID and a mobile phone with a camera to take a photo of your face for identity verification. Visit gcrewards.com/signup to get started.
I am unable to sign up online, what do I do?
Visit Guest Services at your preferred Great Canadian Rewards destination. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm your identity and complete your application.

Can I access my account online?
You can access your Great Canadian Rewards account anytime through the Member Portal at gcrewards.com/login or on the Great Canadian Rewards mobile app.
How can I check my Reward Balances?
You can easily view your Great Canadian Rewards balances in any of the following ways:
- Log in to the Member Portal via the mobile app or by visiting gcrewards.com/login
On slot machines and electronic table game displays
- By visiting Guest Services
At self-serve Express Kiosks (available at select destinations)

What Is Slot Play?
- Slot Play is a special credit you can use on slot machines instead of cash.
- Use it to play just like you would with regular money.
- You keep any cash winnings you earn from your Slot Play.
- Slot Play itself can’t be cashed out and can only be used for play on slot machines.
What Is Table Play?
- Table Play is a special non-cashable credit you can use to place bets on live table games like Blackjack, Baccarat, or other eligible games instead of using cash.
- Use it just like a regular wager on live table games.
- Keep any cash winnings you earn from your Table Play bets.
- Table Play credits themselves can’t be cashed out and are forfeited after they’re wagered, win or lose.
What are Tier Credits and how do I earn them?
Tier Credits are earned on all recorded casino gaming activity at Great Canadian Rewards destinations, excluding Slot Play, and determine Tier Level. Tier Credits are reset at the start of each Tier Period, which run October 1 to March 31 and April 1 to September 30.
How are Tier Levels determined, and what are the Tier Period dates?
Your Tier Level is determined by the number of Tier Credits you earn during a Tier Period. At the end of each Tier Period, your Tier Credits reset to zero, but you will keep the Tier Level you achieved.
Tier Levels & Required Tier Credits
Club: 0 to 499 Tier Credits
Preferred: 500 to 2,499 Tier Credits
Premium: 2,500 to 14,999 Tier Credits
Summit: 15,000+ Tier Credits
Great Canadian Rewards has two Tier Periods each year:
Tier Period 1: April 1 to September 30
Tier Period 2: October 1 to March 31
What are Reward Points?
Reward Points are earned through casino gaming activity on slot machines and electronic table games. Reward Points are not earned on bets made with Slot Play credits on machines, or any bets made on live table games. Reward Points are earned and redeemable across all Great Canadian Rewards destinations in Ontario. Reward Points can be redeemed for Slot Play credits on slot machines only. 100 Reward Points = $1.00 in Slot Play Credits.
How can I redeem Reward Points?
Reward Points for Slot Play can be redeemed directly at a slot machine. Insert your Great Canadian Rewards card into a Slot Machine, then select the $ symbol to redeem.
What are Comp Dollars?
Comp Dollars are earned through casino gaming activity on Slot Machines, electronic Tables, and live Table Games. Comp Dollars are not earned on bets made with slot play credits or Table Bet offers. Comp Dollars are accumulated across all Great Canadian Rewards destinations in Ontario and hold a maximum bank of $10,000. Comp Dollars can be redeemed at participating amenities.
Which restaurants accept Comp Dollars?
Comp Dollars are redeemed at participating amenities by presenting your Great Canadian Rewards card and government-issued photo ID. Visit a list of eligible amenities here.
What is casino gaming activity?
Casino gaming activity is based on a calculation that includes, but may not be limited to: amount wagered, number of wagers made, duration of play, the house advantage and, in some cases, player skill level.
When do Reward Currency values expire?
If a member has no recorded casino gaming activity for six consecutive calendar months, the member’s account will be deemed to be ‘inactive’ and all accumulated Reward Points and Comp Dollars will be expired. Slot Play will expire 30 days after being awarded to a Member Account, unless otherwise stated.
Are all of the Great Canadian Rewards benefits available at each destination?
Please visit Guest Services at each of the 12 Great Canadian Rewards destinations in Ontario or visit our website for a list of benefits and amenities at each destination.
Can marketing offers be redeemed at any Great Canadian Rewards destination?
Availability varies by offer. Each promotion will indicate where it can be redeemed. Some are valid at all Ontario Great Canadian Rewards destinations, while others apply only to select destinations. For complete details about an offer, review the Terms and Conditions or visit Guest Services.
How many Slot Machines can I play at one time?
Up to three rated sessions open at one time.
Where is cardless play available?
Cardless play is currently not available. We are exploring all avenues to return the Cardless play feature, and remain committed to providing the best experience for our guests.
MEMBER PORTAL
Can I use the Great Canadian Rewards Member Portal if I am not a member?
No. You must be a Great Canadian Rewards member to use the Member Portal via the app or browser version.
What are the steps to download the app and log in for the first time?
- Go to your App Store or Google Play.
- Search ‘GC Rewards’ or download it here.
- Download the GC Rewards mobile app. You may be prompted to sign in to your app store account before downloading. This login is related to your app store (such as Apple ID or Google account), not your GC Rewards account.
- Once the GC Rewards mobile app has finished downloading, locate it in your device’s App Library and open it.
- Enter your Great Canadian Rewards member account number and four-digit Rewards PIN. If you’ve forgotten your Account Number, select the option on the login page to retrieve it. If you’ve forgotten your PIN, select the option on the login page to reset it.
- Validate your account by entering the six-digit verification code sent to the mobile number or email address you provided at the time of sign-up.
What steps do I follow to access the Member Portal on a browser and log in for the first time?
- Log in at gcrewards.com/login
- Enter your Great Canadian Rewards member account number and four-Digit Rewards PIN. If you forgot your Account Number, please select the option available on the log in page to retrieve your information. If you forgot your PIN, please select the option available on the log in page to change your PIN.
- Validate your account by entering the six-digit verification code sent to the mobile number or email address you provided at the time of sign-up.
I haven’t received my verification code by email. What can I do?
Please check your junk and promotional folders, as our message may have been flagged by your email provider as spam. Alternatively, please check your trash bin in the event it was deleted by mistake. You can also try an alternate method of verification, such as the mobile phone number on your account.
If you are still not having success, visit a Great Canadian Rewards destination to confirm that your email address and phone number have been entered into our system correctly.
Can I update my mailing address, email address, or phone number?
Yes! Use the “my profile” tab to update this information, or visit Guest Services at your preferred Great Canadian Rewards destination with a valid government-issued photo ID.
I’m unable to save changes to My Profile. What should I do?
Please ensure you have entered a valid Postal Code that matches your physical mailing address. Contact support@greatcanadian if the issue persists.
My name or date of birth is incorrect. Can this be updated?
To correct any errors with your name or date of birth, please visit a Great Canadian Rewards destination in person and bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
Can I opt-in to receive mail, SMS, or email offers from my account?
Yes! The “my profile” tab will allow you to update your account preferences.
How do I opt-in for third party communications?
To opt in to receiving third-party communications, log in to the Member Portal and go to the My Profile tab. Scroll to Communication Preferences and select Yes for third-party promotional offers. Accept the terms, click Confirm and Agree, and then select Save Profile to apply your changes. Please ensure that your account has a valid email address or phone number on file.
Where do I find my offers?
The offers & promotions tab will display all eligible offers. You can filter these offers by destination, if you wish. Eligible offers are awarded to members based on casino gaming activity recorded on their Great Canadian Rewards account and not all members will be eligible.
Can I book a hotel room or make a dining reservation through the app at one of the Great Canadian Rewards destinations?

How To Purchase Event Tickets With Comp Dollars?
Sign in to the Member Portal and head to the Shop tab. There, you’ll find all eligible events where you can use your Comp Dollars. Simply choose your ticket quantity and seat location, then select Get Tickets.
How Do I View My Event Transactions/details?
After logging in to the Member Portal, go to the Shop tab. At the top of the page, you’ll see Available Offers. Select the button to the right View My Transaction History. You’ll see a list of all transactions made through the Shop, along with their details. To download a copy of any transaction, click the blue download button.
Where Do I Find Presale Codes?
Presale codes are available in the Member Portal. Log in and scroll down to the Entertainment section on the main dashboard page to view any current presale codes. If you’re subscribed to email communications, you may also receive presale codes in newsletters when they are sent.
PREVIOUS LOYALTY PROGRAMS - AXIS, ELEMENTS, ONE REWARDS
Existing loyalty members (AXIS, Elements, One Rewards) will automatically transfer to the Great Canadian Rewards system on August 3, 2022. AXIS and Elements Rewards members must get their new Great Canadian Rewards card printed beginning August 3,2022. One Rewards members may continue to use their One Rewards card after August 3, 2022 but it will be considered a Great Canadian Rewards card when rating play.
Values from current loyalty program balances will be transferred over to your new Great Canadian Rewards account. For example, if you have $5.00 balance in Reward Points in your current account then you will have a $5.00 balance of Reward Points in your new Great Canadian Rewards account.

When members transfer to the Great Canadian Rewards program, they will be placed in the Tier Level that matches their current Tier Level in the previous loyalty program:

CARDLESS PLAY
Where is cardless play available?
Cardless play is available at all 12 Ontario destinations: Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel, Casino Ajax, Pickering Casino Resort, Shorelines Casinos and Elements Casinos.
How do I activate cardless play on a slot machine?
Select the “Touch Here to Sign in Without a Card” icon on the Slot Machine and enter your member account number and PIN. When finished, select “End Session” to end your play session.
How many slot machines can I play at one time?
Up to 3 rated sessions open at one time.
What happens if I forget to end my cardless session?
The session will time out automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity.
If I insert my rewards card into a slot machine with a cardless session, does that override the "cardless" session?
Yes. The cardless session will automatically end when a rewards card is inserted.
If I abandon a cardless session by not logging out, would another player be able to have access to my rewards balances?
Just like playing with a physical card, a PIN is required every time slot play is downloaded to the device.
How many times can I enter my PIN incorrectly before the session will lock?
The PIN will lock after 5 failed attempts. To have your PIN unlocked, visit Guest Services.
Can I access an Express Kiosk without a Great Canadian Rewards card?
No, you must access an Express Kiosk with a physical rewards card.
