HOTEL POLICIES
Check-in Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older to check-in.
- Matching credit card with valid picture ID, driver’s license or passport will be required at check-in.
- Accounts with a credit card guarantee will require a $100 deposit on top of the room and tax at check-in.
- Guests using a Visa/Mastercard Debit card will be required to provide a $500 deposit on top of room and tax at check-in.
- Please note that we do not accept pre-paid credit cards as payment, in whole or part.
- Company or Membership ID will be required at check-in to honour the applicable rate.
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy. A charge of $30.00 will apply per additional adult, per night.
Cancellation Policy
- Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us 24 hours before your arrival, or no later than 4pm PST the day before your arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty.
- Pre-paid reservations are not subject to refund, in whole or part, in the event of cancellation.
Pet Friendly Stays
Your pets are family, so why leave them at home? River Rock loves animals and will make sure they are comfortable during your stay.
- Bed, bowls, and mats are placed in guest room for the comfort of your pet.
- Please do not leave your pet alone in the room.
- Pet Fee is $35.00 per pet per night (maximum charge of 3 nights).
Food & Beverage Policy
- Please note that we do not allow outside food and beverage to be brought to your room/suite.
Parking
- Self-Parking: Enter through River Road on the West side of the Casino. This is approximately a 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance; we recommend that you drop your guests and luggage off at the main entrance first! Note: Do not park in spots marked as “Reserved”.
- Valet Parking: Enter the driveway off River Road. Overnight valet parking is $33.00 per night.
- Over-Height Self-Parking: Available in our East Parkade (east side of the Casino) for $25.00 per night. See Door Person first.
- Dedicated EV Parking available.
