How do I purchase tickets for events?
Tickets are exclusively available through Ticketmaster, our only authorized ticket distributor. To ensure you’re purchasing legitimate tickets, please only buy from Ticketmaster – tickets from third-party sellers or unauthorized platforms may be fraudulent.
Are your events all ages?
We welcome guests of all ages to our venue. Any age restrictions for specific events will be clearly noted in the event’s ticket information.
How can I access presale tickets?
Presale codes are an exclusive benefit for Rewards Club members who have opted-in for Email consent. Signing up is free and easy by visiting Guest Services at Casino New Brunswick.
Can I buy tickets at the Box Office?
Yes! Our box office is open 90 minutes before show-time and on select weekdays. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee your spot and avoid disappointment.
Are accessible seats available?
Yes! Our venue is accessible. Location of accessible seats may vary by show. Accessible seats can be purchased on Ticketmaster.
Where do I find information on VIP experiences?
If available, tickets for VIP Experiences can be found on the event page for each show.
VIP Experience details will be sent to you in a dedicated email closer to the event date. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam/junk folder just in case) for a message with everything you need to know about your VIP access.
Do children need tickets?
Children 24 months and under may enter without a ticket but must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. All children over 24 months MUST have a valid ticket for a specific seat location and be accompanied by an adult.

Where should I park?
We ample parking on site… and it’s free!
Should I arrive right at show time?
We recommend arriving early to avoid delays with entry lines or security checks – arriving right before showtime may mean you miss part of the show!
What is mobile entry?
The easiest and safest way to access your tickets is through Mobile Entry – your mobile phone is your ticket. For smooth and efficient entry, we recommend downloading your tickets to your mobile device before the event. This will help avoid any delays and ensure you’re ready to go when you arrive.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes! Re-entry is permitted at our events.
Can I dance in the aisles?
For safety and as a courtesy to other fans, please help keep the aisles clear at all times. We ask that all fans refrain from standing, sitting or dancing in the aisles.
Can I bring my camera or backpack?
Cameras, drones and recording devices are not permitted. For safety, no bags or backpacks are allowed. Please review all our policies here.
Can I bring snacks from home?
Outside food & beverages are not permitted. Limited concessions are available inside the event.
Can I bring my water bottle?
Outside food and beverages, including water is prohibited in the venue. Water can be purchased at any of the bars on-site.
Can I bring a banner or sign?
Poster and sign policies are at the artist discretion and are subject to change at any point, including on event day. Fans who bring a poster or sign that exceeds the artist guidelines will be directed to the box office to hold onto or dispose of their sign.
Do you have a lost & found?
Yes! All items retrieved from the venue can be collected at the box office after the show, or from security if picking up after the event.
Do you have a coat check?
No. The concert venue does not have a coat check. You may use the coat-check at the casino, however it is subject to availability.
Can I go to the casino before or after the show?
Absolutely. Access to the casino is restricted to guests aged 19+ with valid government photo ID, including a driver’s license, passport, or provincial ID card. Guests who appear younger than 30 may be required to present a secondary piece of valid ID, including the above, a provincial health card, credit or debit card or similar identification.
