Can I use the Great Canadian Rewards mobile app if I am not a member?
No. You must be a Great Canadian Rewards member to use the app.
What are the steps to downloading the app and logging in for the first time?
- Go to your Apple iPhone App Store or Google Play or click on the download icons on our website.
- Search ‘GC Rewards’.
- Download the GC Rewards mobile app. Please note that you may be asked for your account password at the time of download. This is related to your app store, not GC Rewards.
- Once the GC Rewards mobile app has downloaded onto your mobile device, open it.
- Connect your account by selecting “New? Connect your account”.
- Enter your Member Account number and 4-Digit Rewards PIN. Resetting your PIN can only be done at a Great Canadian Rewards destination.
- Validate your account by entering the 6-digit code sent to the mobile number or email address you provided at the time of sign-up.
- Create a unique username and password. After this is confirmed, navigate back to the Log In page and use your username and password to log in.
What username and password do I use to log in to the mobile app?
Your username and password is unique to you. While your username has no character requirements or restrictions, your password must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- At least 1 upper case letter
- At least 1 lower case letter
- At least 1 numeric value
- At least 1 special character
I haven’t received my verification code by email. What can I do?
Please check your junk and promotional folders, as our message may have been flagged by your email provider as spam. Alternatively, please check your trash bin in the event it was deleted by mistake. You can also try an alternate method of verification, such as the mobile phone number on your account.

Can I update my mailing address or phone number in my player account?
Yes. You may use the “my profile” tab to update this information.
My name is spelled incorrectly. Can I update this?
No. Please visit a Great Canadian Rewards destination to update errors with your name or date of birth.
Can I opt-in to receive mail or email offers from my account?
Yes. The “my profile” tab will allow you to update your account preferences.
Where do I find my offers?
The offers & promotions tab will display all eligible offers. You can filter these offers by location, if you wish. Eligible offers are awarded to members based on casino gaming activity recorded on their Great Canadian Rewards account and not all players will be eligible.
