Who can make a reservation?
Anyone 19 or older.
Can my children stay with me?
Yes! Children are permitted to stay, but are not permitted to access any of our 19+ areas, including the casino gaming floor or dining amenities located on the gaming floor.
What are the check in and check out times?
Check in begins at 4PM. We ask that you have checked out by 11AM.
Can I bring my pet?
Our pet policy allows for two pets (cats and dogs only) up to 50lbs each, per room. There is a nightly accommodation fee of $49 as well as a one-time $49 cleaning fee (+ applicable taxes).
Service animals are not charged fees, but may be charged the cleaning fee if any soiling or damages incur.
Please note:
- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in public areas and may not be left unattended in the room.
- Pets are not permitted on the gaming floor (excluding service animals), in food and beverage areas, the pool area or the fitness center.
- Room cleaning must be scheduled in advance for a time when the owner and the dog or cat will not be in the room.

We have a number of dining options available including Copperhorn Meet House, Casual, and the Food Hall with options like Mary Browns Express, Tim Hortons, Pizzaiolo and Noodlebox. Please note, these amenities are located on our gaming floor and cannot be accessed by those under 19 years of age.
How Do I Access the Pool?
During busier times, a pool sign-up may be in effect. Please inquire with the Front Desk upon check-in.
